Matthew (he/him) is a GP Registrar and will be joining Village Medical Practice in Woonona from 2 February 2026. Having grown up on the NSW South Coast, he is proud to be working locally and values the long-term relationships that general practice provides. Before starting GP training, Matthew gained broad experience across preventative health care, emergency medicine (including rural and remote settings), obstetrics and gynaecology, and chronic disease management. He is interested in all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in preventative care—supporting patients to stay well through evidence-based screening, cardiovascular risk reduction, metabolic health support and sustainable lifestyle change.
