Privacy and medical records

Your medical record is a confidential document, and all your health information is managed based on national privacy principles. It is the policy of the practice to maintain security of personal information at all times and ensure the information is only available to authorised members of staff. A copy of our privacy policy can be requested from reception.

Your feedback is valuable to us and enables us to grow, connect and continually improve our service. Please contact us on manager@villagepractice.com.au and let us know how we are doing. A member of our team will Endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible

If our service has not met your needs, please let us know. You can contact our management team at manager@villagepractice.com.au and we will do our best to help. We believe problems are best addressed within the practice so we can improve what we do. If however, the problem is not resolved, you may wish to contact the NSW state government authority for dealing with medical complaints.
