Any emails sent to manager@villagepractice.com.au and all form submissions are monitored solely by the Practice Manager. If you would like your feedback to remain anonymous when it is followed up with staff, please let us know.

Privacy and medical records

Your medical record is a confidential document and all your health information is managed based on national privacy principles. It is the policy of the practice to maintain security of personal information at all times and ensure the information is only available to authorised members of staff. A copy of our privacy policy can be requested from reception.

Feedback and complaints

Your feedback is valuable to us and enables us to grow, connect and continually improve our service. Please contact us on manager@villagepractice.com.au and let us know how we are doing. Our Practice Manager will to get back to you as soon as possible.

If our service has not met your needs please let us know. You may talk to our Practice Manager, your doctor or any member of our team who will try to help you as best we can. We value the chance to address any problems within the practice so we can improve what we do. If however, the problem is not resolved, you may wish to contact the NSW state government authority for dealing with medical complaints:
